The demise of radio

Scan your radio real fast and what do you hear? Nothing of consequence I would dare to assume. Mine no longer gets turned on due to the sheer lack of it ever playing anything I would willingly enjoy listening to since the shut down of our student station out here last year. Yesterday,’s funding was cut and live broadcasts were suspended. There seems to be a bit of a trend with the whole last fm broadcast-jump to internet station-and finally the sad demise of it as a whole. In terms of articulating the situation in a more thorough manner I’ll refer you over to my buddy Whitey’s page because frankly he pretty much covers it all.
